International Auto Group is seeking a Receptionist for Yorkdale Ford, supporting dealership operations across vehicle stocking, parts, service, and administration. The position requires administrative experience, automotive industry knowledge, management-system experience such as 180, and strong organization. You will coordinate inventory information, communicate with customers, prepare reports, and assist the General Manager with related duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Redirect incoming parts and service calls promptly
Collect contact information from unattended customer calls
Coordinate vehicle stocking, trades, transportation,



and inventory updates
Prepare sales traffic, delivery, license, and appointment reports
Maintain front desk and customer lounge sanitation logs

Requirements:
Experience in an administrative position
Knowledge of the automotive industry or related experience
Solid organizational skills managing multiple projects
Experience with management systems such as 180
Professional, calm, detail-oriented approach under pressure
