Coordinate community health operations for BQWCHC’s regional programs, including Oral Health and Lower Limb Preservation. Work Monday to Friday in Belleville and Quinte West.

This Manager of Regional Programs guides teams delivering responsive services aligned with community needs and regional strategies. Responsibilities span operational coordination, planning, evaluation, data submission, and collaboration with community partners. The position contributes regional perspectives to BQWCHC management decisions and strategic discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership across assigned Regional Program teams
Ensure data validation, collection, and submission requirements are met
Develop operational protocols for Regional Programs when appropriate




Liaise with community and healthcare providers to identify service needs
Support team-oriented processes mindful of equity-seeking populations

Requirements:
Health-related undergraduate degree or college diploma required
Three to five years related experience, preferably community healthcare
Recent leadership experience as a solutions-focused networker
Ability to work closely with medical and allied health specialists
Experience monitoring and evaluating program implementation

Use community healthcare leadership, operational coordination, and program evaluation skills to support BQWCHC regional services and partners.
