The position answers questions from members, providers, travel agents, and general agents. You will explain health and travel coverage, support enrollment and billing inquiries, and direct customers appropriately. Key Responsibilities:

- Explain plan coverage for health, dental, travel, and vision services
- Support travel agents with selling, extending, and refunding products
- Promote and sell Travel products to customers
- Process address changes, identification cards, and explanation of benefits




- Accept suggestions and complaints about Blue Cross services

Requirements:

- Several years of professional direct service experience
- Strong relationship-building and active listening capabilities
