As a Test Specialist at CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, you will qualify products and system components. You will develop test plans, analyze data, assess risks, and investigate causes. Collaboration spans Engineering, Reliability, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop test plans and validation programs for cooling products
Perform thermal, pressure, flow, vibration, and leak testing
Analyze performance data and prepare technical reports
Conduct risk assessments, design reviews, and root cause investigations
Present findings and support corrective action activities





Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field
Minimum two years of testing or engineering experience
Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid systems, and electro-mechanical products
Experience with instrumentation, sensors, actuators, and data acquisition systems
Programming experience in Python and/or C/C++
