This counter sales driver position provides exceptional service and generates recent sales prospects. You will identify customer needs, answer account and product questions, and offer timely solutions. The role also includes upselling related products, communicating promotions, and establishing White Cap as a First Choice Supplier.

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with counter and phone customers
Identify needs and recommend related products
Research customer questions about accounts and rates
Develop customer relationships and partnerships




Drive delivery van for stock or material deliveries

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
Zero to two years in the area of responsibility
Close supervision and detailed output review required
Regular lifting or handling of moderate to heavy materials
Comfort working around dust, fumes, noise, or temperature extremes
