The Town of Caledon seeks volunteer firefighters for stations in Caledon East, Caledon, and Caledon Village. Candidates respond to fire, medical, rescue, and hazardous materials emergencies while operating equipment and vehicles. Regular training supports safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and required certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to suppression and emergency call-outs under operating procedures
Enter contaminated structures using PPE and respiratory protection
Provide emergency medical care at emergency scenes
Operate vehicles, cutting tools, pumps,



hoses, and ventilation equipment
Attend training and participate in community events

Requirements:
Live within 10 kilometres of an eligible fire station
Pass the aptitude and required fitness tests
