You will support passengers, baggage, manifests, flight information, and service coordination. The position requires customer service experience, interpersonal communication, and computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct passenger check-ins, ticket processing, and boarding pass collection
Assist baggage handling and track lost baggage
Communicate weather, flight times, and passenger loads
Prepare flight, freight, and passenger documentation
Coordinate transportation,



meals, hotels, and customer concerns

Requirements:
High school diploma and one to two years customer service experience
Ability to acquire Aircraft Radio license and Restricted Area Identity Card
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with computer systems and applications
Aviation work experience or training considered an asset
