Berg Trailers is looking for an experienced Welder to join our growing production team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding trailer components.
This position plays an important role in building high-quality grain trailers that meet Berg Trailers’ standards for durability, performance, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble and weld components, parts, and sub-assemblies according to specifications
Use welder, hand tools, air tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
Stainless steel welding
Read and follow basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Perform repetitive welding tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
Ability to read a tape measure and convert basic measurements
Proven experience in a production environment
Stainless Steel welding experience is a strong asset
CWB certification
Mechanical aptitude and experience with maintenance and repair
Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklift, overhead crane, etc.)
Self-motivated with good time management skills
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and use manual dexterity for accurate assembly
