As a Customer Service Management Buyer, you will support Operations teams by managing delivery commitments and supplier purchase-order issues. The work combines purchasing experience, ERP accuracy, supplier communication, and structured problem solving. You will also support cost targets and required returns or engineering changes.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and expedite shortages affecting required operation dates
Maintain delivery information and item data in BAAN LN
Coordinate supplier commitments and daily demand communication

Requirements:
Two to four years of purchasing experience
