Design complex architectural projects in person with Tandem Engineering Group in Windsor, using AutoCAD, Revit, and technical coordination skills.
This Senior Architectural Designer supervises project delivery from schematic design through construction administration. You will coordinate disciplines, develop technical documents, and manage architectural project phases. The work supports industrial, commercial, manufacturing, energy, and process engineering clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and review architectural plans, specifications, and contract documents
Manage project setup, design, and construction administration phases
Develop preliminary, working, and detailed architectural drawings
Review subcontractor shop drawings for technical accuracy
Supervise junior staff and delegate project tasks
Requirements:
Two or three year architectural design college program
Minimum two years’ A/E industry experience
Two years’ project management or supervisory experience
Proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD and Revit
Solid English communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
