As a Total Compensation, Job Evaluation and Market Watch Advisor, you develop and manage compensation structures, plans, policies and tools. You conduct specialized research, assessments and analysis on total compensation. You advise clients and partners during intervention and development initiatives, helping address complex compensation challenges through business insight and interpersonal savvy.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose compensation issues, challenges and organizational needs
Develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum four years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced English proficiency is required
