Lead ERP transformation and financial controls as MPOYNT’s hands-on Controller in Toronto, working in-office five days weekly. Modernize finance across Canada and the U.S.

As Controller, you will oversee accounting operations, reporting, and financial processes for MPOYNT, a technology services company. Your work will improve financial visibility, cash flow management, and scalable systems. You will partner with senior leadership, accounting teams, and external finance partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead ERP evaluation, implementation, migration, and workflow improvements
Own accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reporting
Manage close processes and accurate financial statements
Build dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs




Strengthen controls, reconciliations, and accounting policies

Requirements:
Canadian or United States CPA designation
Seven-plus years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Hands-on ERP implementation or financial systems transformation experience
Solid GAAP, Excel, cash flow, and forecasting knowledge
Experience coordinating accounting staff or external finance partners
