Our client is a very well established and known Multi-National and they are looking to hire a Senior Manager, Payroll [Union & Non-Union] on a full time basis.
Hybrid role: in office 3 days per week, after the initial onboarding and training. Initial onboarding and training are in office 5 days per week.
Contract type: Full time, Permanent.
As the Senior Manager, Payroll [Union & Non-Union] you are responsible to manage, direct and control the delivery of the Company's in-house payroll in a timely and accurate manner as well as identify, propose, and implement initiatives to make the payroll function more effective and effective. Your role is a mix of reviewer and doer work and has you work on payroll processing as well as business advisory. The payroll is all processed IN HOUSE.
PCP [or similar payroll designation] with experience processing payroll in house for multi-jurisdiction, salary and hourly, union and non-union staff
