Lead evening manufacturing operations at Cabico, coordinating staffing and production activities while maintaining work methods, safety, and delivery standards.

This Production Team Leader supports a department within Cabico's up-to-date Coaticook facilities. You work closely with the Production Supervisor to execute activities effectively, address operational issues, and support continuous improvement. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday, from 3:45 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan daily work activities against the production schedule
Coordinate staffing and workforce movement within the area
Monitor compliance with established work methods
Support resolution of operational issues with the supervisor

Experience in a similar role is an asset
Comfort working in dust and varying temperatures
