Pixel Movement is seeking a highly experienced Lead Gameplay Engineer for its remote AAA project. You will shape core gameplay systems, from movement and combat to networked multiplayer, guiding a team of engineers and collaborating with design and animation.
You will mentor teammates, review code, optimize for performance, and ensure robust, scalable systems across solo and co-op play. Prior shipped AAA experience and deep knowledge of C++, Unreal Engine, and multiplayer concepts are required.
