As a Senior Retirement Planning Advisor, you will provide guidance throughout the member lifecycle. You will explain retirement timing, survivor perks, government perks, and pension-related tax considerations. The role also requires complex case management and escalation support.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide members through pension and retirement income decisions
Lead complex retirement planning conversations and sensitive cases
Manage inquiries, documentation, follow-up, and external coordination
Deliver seminars, webinars, and educational sessions
Develop planning tools,



content, and member resources

Requirements:
Seven years related pension, retirement planning, or financial services experience
Advanced designation such as PFP, QAFP, or CFP
University degree or relevant college diploma
Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Valid Ontario driver’s license and willingness to travel
