As a Senior Retirement Planning Advisor, you will provide advanced guidance throughout the member lifecycle. You will explain retirement timing, survivor advantages, government perks, and pension-related tax considerations. The role also supports member education, organizational initiatives, and improved retirement planning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex retirement planning conversations and explain available options
Manage member inquiries through resolution, documentation, and follow-up
Handle sensitive cases and de-escalate difficult situations
Deliver seminars, webinars, and educational sessions for diverse audiences




Recommend improvements to tools, content, and member experiences

Requirements:
Seven years of related pension, retirement planning, or financial services experience
Advanced designation such as PFP®, QAFP™, or CFP®
University degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline
Exceptional presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
Valid Ontario driver's license and willingness to travel
