As Head of AI Transformation, you will own the AI strategy across development, services, and reseller businesses. The player-coach position balances strategy, change, and governance with hands-on prototypes and pilots. You will work with sales, services, engineering, and executive leaders to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Build the AI transformation roadmap across business units
Write business cases and define initiative success metrics
Lead adoption through steering groups and business champions
Build prototypes using LLM APIs,

Take successful pilots into production with engineering

Requirements:
10+ years in software, engineering, or technology leadership
3+ years leading AI, automation, or digital transformation
Built agents, RAG pipelines, or integrations reaching real users
Architecture depth for build-or-buy decisions
Qualified English; French is a solid asset
