As one of Doe’s first engineers, you will ship provider-facing tools and supporting services. You will work across Next.js, APIs, Postgres, and backend services. The work spans primary care, dental, mental health, and other healthcare disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and ship features across Next.js, APIs, and Postgres
Build workspaces for reviews, schedules, follow-ups, and agent controls
Visit practices and translate observed work into product
Establish code review, testing, and on-call engineering habits
Protect patient data by default throughout product development

Requirements:
Five or more years shipping production web software end to end
Robust TypeScript and React skills
Comfort with SQL and backend services
Experience owning products from idea through launch
Transparent writing and care for product users
