As a Compensation Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager of Compensation, you will support programs, partnerships, and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Manage mid-year and annual compensation cycles end to end
Create timelines, training resources, communications, and project meetings
Analyze market pay, leveling, offers, retention risk, and workforce priorities




Support incentive compensation design and plan documentation
Maintain job architecture catalogs in Workday and internal documents

Requirements:
Five or more years of compensation experience
Understanding of core compensation concepts and programs
Project management experience using standard lifecycle approaches
