Apply life cycle assessment and technical documentation expertise to ICAO’s CORSIA fuel work within the Environmental Standards Section. Support analysis of eligible fuels and pathways.

This consultancy supports ICAO’s Air Transport Bureau on CORSIA. You will document modelling processes for Life Cycle Assessment and Induced Land Use Change values. The work includes database management, technical reporting, and evaluation support for current fuel sources and pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
Document models and databases supporting LCA and ILUC values
Propose improved access processes for databases and models
Coordinate with experts to obtain necessary information
Develop reports detailing calculation models and databases




Compile requests and guidance for recent fuel pathways

Requirements:
Advanced degree in environmental science or related discipline
At least four years managing databases and analytical tools
Understanding of LCA methodologies for CORSIA Eligible Fuels
Experience drafting and reviewing technical reports in English
Knowledge of aviation environmental policies, including CORSIA

Bring LCA, database management, technical writing, and CORSIA knowledge to ICAO’s eligible fuels evaluation work.
