About Us

CBON Cosmetic Brands of North America is a Master distributor of professional beauty brands. We supply a network of distributors across North America who bring our products to salons, spas, and beauty professionals. Headquartered in Richmond Hill, Ontario, we're a close-knit team with an established presence in Western Canada, and we're looking for the right person to carry our distributor relationships forward.

The Role
We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to take over our Western Canada territory (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba). You'll own the relationships with our existing salon and spa accounts, grow sales in the territory, and be the face of our brands in the region. You'll report to our North American Sales Director.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow an established base of distributor accounts across the four western provinces
- Identify and develop new distributor partnerships
- Support distributors' sales teams with product knowledge, sell-in programs,



and promotions
- Coordinate product education and training for distributor staff with our education team
- Take and follow up on orders, working closely with Customer Service and Operations
- Plan regular account visits, including travel within the territory
- Share market and competitor feedback and meet sales targets
- Keep CRM and account records current

What You Bring

- 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in professional beauty, wholesale, or distribution
- Experience working with distributors or in a channel sales environment is a solid asset
- Existing relationships with beauty distributors or sales reps in Western Canada are a major asset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

What We Offer

- Total Package will be over $100,000.00 per year.

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
