Overview

The Janitor helps maintain clean, orderly, and functional shared spaces. This hands-on role includes routine cleaning and basic facilities maintenance, supporting a comfortable environment for the people who use and care for the space.

Responsibilities

- Clean floors, surfaces, restrooms, and other assigned areas using appropriate methods and supplies.
- Remove waste, replenish supplies, and keep shared spaces tidy and ready for use.
- Identify maintenance concerns, complete basic upkeep tasks, and report issues that need further attention.
- Your impact: Consistent cleaning and timely upkeep help colleagues and visitors use clean, well-maintained spaces.

Requirements

Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow routine procedures while completing facilities maintenance and basic maintenance tasks safely and reliably. Preferred: Commercial cleaning experience and familiarity with maintaining shared facilities are advantageous, along with an organized approach, dependability, and the ability to work independently or coordinate with colleagues to keep assigned areas in valuable condition.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
