About this role:

- Provides compassionate, specialized care for patients and families dealing with a “life-altering” complex condition. It may include ventilation, special feeding systems, tracheostomy care, and special pain management
- The population of focus (pediatrics)
- Night shifts (11PM-7AM); Every other Saturday, starting November 7

Requirements:

- CNO registration in good standing
- Recent experience with g-tube care. Training will also be available.
- Recent experience in home care, chronic care or rehab setting, working with continuous complex care patients will be an asset
- Recent experience in pediatrics will be an asset
