As a Barber, you’ll provide attentive grooming services and help create a welcoming, well-organized shop experience. You’ll consult with customers about their preferences, deliver haircuts and styling, and support smooth front desk and retail operations.

Responsibilities

- Consult with customers, listen to their requests, and recommend suitable cuts and styling options.
- Perform barbering and hair styling services with care, maintaining a clean, sanitary work area and tools.
- Welcome customers, support front desk tasks, and communicate clearly about services and products.
- Present relevant retail products and service options through helpful, respectful upselling.

Skills

Required: Customer service, communication skills, hair styling, and sanitation practices are practical capabilities for serving customers, completing grooming services, and maintaining a clean workspace. Preferred: Retail sales, upselling, and front desk skills can support product recommendations and an organized customer experience. Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
