Position: Service Foreman

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and hardworking Service Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be hands-on with daily service work, assisting with completing repairs/service calls, assisting with job-site duties, running a crew, and ensuring work is done safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform and assist with daily service and repair work.
- Be responsible of and to work hands-on alongside crew members.
- Ensure jobs are completed properly and in a timely manner.
- Identify and troubleshoot job-site issues.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained.
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards.
- Communicate job updates and any concerns to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work area.
- Following guidelines for each service call requested.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in roofing or construction.
- Robust knowledge of repairs and general service work.
- Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in running/managing a work crew.

Compensation: Pay will be based on experience and qualifications

Pay: $24.29-$49.32 per hour
