As a Pet Groomer, you’ll provide attentive grooming care while creating a calm, welcoming experience for pets and their owners. You’ll listen to customer preferences, explain grooming options clearly, and handle each animal with patience and care. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in detail, and can safely manage physical tasks, including heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

- Bathe, brush, dry, and groom pets according to their needs and customer instructions.
- Assess coat condition and discuss suitable grooming approaches with customers.
- Keep grooming tools and work areas clean, organized, and ready for use.

Qualifications

Required: Practical ability to handle pets gently, provide customer service, follow grooming instructions, and perform heavy lifting safely. Attention to detail and clear communication support a comfortable, well-organized grooming experience. Preferred: Related pet grooming or animal-care experience, along with a patient, dependable approach and the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues.

Pay: $90.00-$150.00 per hour
