Job Summary

Join the team opening a new store as a Team Member/Supervisor. Support day-to-day retail operations, serve customers, and help the team deliver organized, welcoming service. The role combines hands-on sales and cashiering with opportunities to contribute to merchandising and team supervision.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers, communicate product information, complete sales and POS transactions, and handle cash accurately.
- Support merchandising, pricing, purchasing, and store organization to keep products accessible and the shopping experience consistent.
- Help coordinate team activities, provide training and development, and support recruiting, interviewing, and scheduling-related administration.
- Contribute to budgeting, payroll records, bookkeeping, and marketing tasks as assigned, using sound organization and time management.

Experience

Required: Practical communication, customer service, sales, cashiering, POS, cash handling, math, organization, and time management capabilities support daily store duties. Preferred: Supervising or retail management experience, team leadership, recruiting, interviewing, payroll, merchandising, purchasing, pricing, budgeting, bookkeeping, marketing, negotiation, administrative experience, and training and development are valuable. Bilingual or multilingual abilities and professional phone etiquette are additional strengths.

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
