This position is a full time role working 40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. You’ll empower staff, optimize clinic performance, and enhance the lives of patients in a energetic, rewarding, and collaborative environment! Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge

Drive practice development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives and optimise patient care and clinic performance

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience and creating value for every patient

Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred




Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance
Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset
