As a Senior Strategist reporting to an SVP, Strategy & Innovation, you will lead complex healthcare research projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and develop human behavior-based insights. The work includes ethnographic interviewing, analysis, co-creation workshops, and strategic solutions for healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex qualitative primary and secondary research projects
Oversee project teams and day-to-day client relationships
Conduct ethnographic interviews and wide-ranging research methods
Develop strategic stories and behavioral solutions
Write behavioral science blogs and social media posts
Requirements:
PhD in social science or behavioral science preferred
Three-plus years in strategy and qualitative healthcare research
Experience interviewing healthcare stakeholders, including patients and HCPs
Robust analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
