Five or more years of in-house full-cycle recruitingExperience running Director-plus searchesTrusted advisor experience with senior hiring managersClear, accurate writing and communication skillsExperience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn RecruiterBring executive recruiting, market intelligence, and senior candidate relationships to Mercury’s Director and VP hiring work.
