Success requires managing integrations, data migration, technical landscapes, schedules, budgets, and delivery risks.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver projects through internal IT application and delivery frameworksDevelop project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and financial summariesCoordinate vendors, stakeholders, resources, schedules, and project communicationsResolve issues, remove roadblocks,



and manage scope changesMaintain documentation, dashboards, assessments, and implementation plansRequirements:
Minimum five years managing software implementation projectsMinimum five years managing integrations, migrations, or technical landscapesMinimum five years managing and coaching project teamsStrong stakeholder, presentation, facilitation, and communication skillsPMP certification or SAP experience is desiredBring senior project leadership, technical delivery, stakeholder communication, and change management expertise to Canada Life’s technology initiatives.
