Shape technical program execution at OpenLoop, using Agile delivery and measurable outcomes to advance telehealth solutions at scale.

As a principal-level individual contributor, you will lead complex programs spanning Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders. You will translate business vision into executable technical programs while supporting OpenLoop’s mission to bring care anywhere. The work includes operating-model development, executive communication, and delivery improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive cross-functional technical initiatives tied to company OKRs
Manage dependencies, prioritization, tradeoffs, and delivery cadence
Present executive summaries and detailed program updates
Define TPM standards for planning, reporting, and delivery health
Lead launches, escalations,



incidents, and organizational change

Requirements:
8+ years in Technical Program Management or equivalent strategic technical work
3+ years leading multi-team or multi-business-unit programs
Deep Agile knowledge, including Scrum or Protected
Technical fluency across architecture, APIs, integrations, and dependencies
Executive communication, prioritization, influence, and Jira experience

Lead measurable, cross-functional technical delivery at OpenLoop through Agile practices, executive influence, and disciplined program management.
