You will advise clients, contractors, project managers, and multidisciplinary design teams.Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction administration and senior oversight for complex projectsInterpret contracts and manage changes, claims, disputes, and correspondenceResolve field issues balancing safety, quality, cost, and scheduleReview submittals, payments, schedules, change requests,



and close-out documentsLead warranty, deficiency, occupancy, and contract close-out activitiesRequirements:
