Lead finance operations with ERP expertise and strategic judgment as Controller for a diversified company group in the HRM. Hybrid work includes one to two office days.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will own accounting and finance across the group. Lead a small team while managing reporting, multi-company accounting, cash flow, controls, budgeting, and forecasting. Support ERP implementation and introduce automation or AI where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the finance and accounting function across the group
Oversee reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting
Manage cash flow, working capital, controls, and year-end coordination
Improve management reporting and financial planning
Own accounting aspects of ERP implementation and handover
Requirements:
Controller, senior accountant, or comparable finance leadership experience
Solid multi-company reporting and intercompany accounting fundamentals
Experience leading teams in complex operational settings
ERP experience and solid technology aptitude
Bank financing and corporate tax compliance experience
Bring hands-on leadership, ERP knowledge, and sound accounting judgment to guide financial performance across this growing group.
