Lead quality programs for Ganotec’s industrial construction projects, applying QA/QC expertise across civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work.As Quality Manager, you will lead the Quality team and program at your assigned location. You will develop project quality plans, inspection and test plans, procedures, and reports. The position supports construction quality systems through collaboration with supervisors, schedulers, designers, planners, owners, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities:
Manage quality for civil, mechanical, and electrical constructionGenerate project quality plans, procedures, and inspection test plansVerify work meets drawings, specifications, standards,



and proceduresIssue non-conformances and stop-work orders when requiredManage quality staff, schedules, assignments, and trainingRequirements:
Degree in construction management or related engineering disciplineSeven or more years managing quality in industrial constructionQA/QC background on large-scope projectsExperience managing several quality inspectorsAbility to travel extensively and relocate as requiredBring industrial construction QA/QC leadership, technical quality management, and team oversight to Ganotec’s projects across Canada.
