Lead climate adaptation outreach for FCM’s Green Municipal Fund, combining team coaching, stakeholder engagement, and strategic program development in a primarily virtual work model.As Manager, CFS - Adaptation, you will support the Local Leadership for Climate Adaptation initiative and its growth across Canada. You will advise high-profile stakeholders, manage Outreach staff, oversee project leads and pre-applications, and contribute to program planning. The work includes understanding municipal needs, supporting sustainable technology adoption, and strengthening project funding readiness.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement outreach strategies supporting program prioritiesLead, coach, and empower Outreach staffMaintain municipal, private-sector,



and nonprofit partner networksManage prospect pipelines and pre-applications in CRMContribute to strategic plans and program developmentRequirements:
University degree in environmental sciences, business, planning, or related disciplineThree to five years’ progressive client or community engagement experienceAt least two years managing staffExperience developing outreach strategies, processes, networks, and partnershipsEnglish and French proficiency requiredBring climate adaptation outreach, municipal engagement, and people leadership experience to advance FCM’s national funding programs.
