Assess AI and automation requests through implementationMap workflows, decision points, data flows, and hand-offsDefine future-state processes and accountabilitiesTranslate business needs into requirements and user storiesTrack perks, implementation status, and post-implementation metricsRequirements:
Minimum five years of relevant business process experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience supporting AI, automation, workflow, or data initiativesStrong process documentation and root-cause analysis abilitiesExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-engagement skillsApply process engineering, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to advance CIRO’s AI and automation transformation work across Canada.
