Colter Energy is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our Grande Prairie team. This position supports the daily operations of the base, provides leadership to field employees and helps ensure safe, efficient service to our customers.

Responsibilities Include
Support daily operations, including scheduling crews and equipment in a fast-paced setting
Lead, train and support field employees, including onboarding and performance evaluations.
Work with management, employees and customers to address operational needs and resolve concerns.
Review and approve field tickets and employee timecards.
Support safety, maintenance, inventory and financial goals.
Oversee the field office and shop, and conduct periodic field and equipment inspections.

Qualifications
Proven experience in oil and gas services, production testing specifically
Solid leadership, organizational and communication skills




Ability to work effectively with employees, customers and coworkers
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; electronic ticketing experience is an asset
Availability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Willing to jump in wherever needed whether equipment maintenance, field coverage, etc.
