Accounts Receivable Manager

Toronto, Hybrid (3 days in office)

Our client is a quick-growing, venture-backed software holding company that acquires and scales vertical software businesses across Canada and the U.S. They’re adding a current company to the portfolio every few weeks, and they need an AR leader who can keep cash flowing while the portfolio grows.

What you’ll do
Lead a team of 6 across AR, billing, collections and cash application
Own receivables across a multi-entity, CAD/USD portfolio
Onboard newly acquired businesses onto a standard AR playbook
Drive DSO down and build reporting leadership actually uses
Automate everything you can (they’re AI-first, so you’ll have the tools)

What you bring
7+ years in AR or order-to-cash, with 2+ years managing a team
Multi-entity experience (holdco, PE-backed or serial acquirer is a big plus)
B2B software or SaaS billing experience
NetSuite or similar ERP chops
