Our client is an independent, owner-operated Alberta insurance brokerage expanding across the Capital Region with offices in Fort Saskatchewan and Strathcona County. Partnering with 50+ insurance markets, we match clients with custom coverage solutions.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email clients.
Quote and place new home, auto, tenant, and condo policies.
Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
Review renewals, recommend coverage improvements, and spot cross-sell/bundling opportunities.
Guide clients through the initial steps of the claims process and maintain accurate records.
What We're Looking For
Active Alberta General Insurance Level 1 licence (Level 2 is an asset).
Minimum 2 years of personal lines insurance experience at a brokerage or insurer.
Qualified phone manner, service-first attitude, and robust organizational skills.
Reliable transportation to work on-site at both the Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park offices.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay ($22–$30/hour) based on experience and licensing.
Support toward Level 2 licensing and continuing education.

Standard Monday to Friday daytime hours (no evenings or weekends).
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
