This Accountant joins the Financial Reporting department and manages multiple tasks in a busy setting. The position requires ERP software proficiency, willingness to learn, and careful financial analysis. You will support operations, senior management, and teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile key accounts and complete month-end close activities
Develop supporting working papers and analyze financial results
Maintain financial, accounting, and records management systems
Identify control risks and document improved departmental processes
Support ERP requests and lead assigned ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
CPA designation or progress toward becoming CPA designated
Three or more years of progressive accounting experience
Experience managing multiple deliverables against challenging deadlines
Experience working in a service-based organization
Experience in a multi-union, federally regulated workplace
