Senior Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives within a financial services workplace.

In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, partnering with business and technology teams to improve processes, products, systems, and operational capabilities.

What you’ll do
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, technology, operations, and control functions.
Establish project governance, reporting, and communication practices.
Facilitate decisions, resolve delivery challenges, and keep initiatives moving forward.
Support readiness and adoption of recent processes, systems,



and capabilities.

What we’re looking for
Significant experience leading complex business and technology projects.
Experience in financial services; exposure to payments or related products is an asset.
A track record of coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Solid project planning, financial management, risk management, and governance skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with technology modernization or business transformation initiatives.
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is preferred.
