At Livingstone Outdoor, we’re looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor who thrives on building real connections, coaching a team, and turning everyday interactions into outstanding customer experiences. What You’ll Do
Lead and coach the Retail Associate team—assign work, train on the floor, and help everyone hit their stride
Deliver personalized consultations that match customers with the right outdoor products and solutions
Own the sales process from first hello to closed deal (including quotations, trade-ins, and financing support)
Hit your personal targets while rallying the team to achieve monthly store goals
Build lasting relationships—nurture existing clients and actively develop current ones
Keep the store looking sharp: visual standards, cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and smooth daily operations
Handle keyholder duties,
authorize transactions, and resolve customer concerns with confidence
What You Bring
Proven retail sales experience plus leadership of a team
Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to build instant rapport
Confident, assertive communication and solid negotiation instincts
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working a variety of shifts
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Bonus: Passion for outdoor living and knowledge of outdoor products
