As a Senior Sales Representative, HRO, Human Resources Outsourcing, Major Accounts, you will own a protected geographic territory and develop current business. You will create territory plans, cultivate prospects, present comprehensive ADP Services, negotiate agreements, and expand client relationships.
Success requires robust pipeline discipline and executive-level communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop business and achieve or exceed territory sales objectives
Build relationships with Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and Owners
Position ADP Comprehensive Services around client objectives
Create proposals, present solutions, and negotiate agreements
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in Salesforce
Requirements:
5+ years of strategic B2B sales experience
2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
Experience selling to C-level decision-makers
Solid consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle access
