We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring a high standard of food quality and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food service and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Ensure all food is handled safely, following proper food safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout shifts
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating,



and portioning ingredients
- Follow sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service to guests
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment

Experience

- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices is beneficial
- Experience in food service or the food industry demonstrates familiarity with meal preparation and customer service standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
