We are seeking a friendly and motivated In-Store Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Assist customers with their orders, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas and dining spaces
- Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures at all times
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are adhered to in compliance with health regulations




- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving or other duties as needed
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or serving roles is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
