We're looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Power Sports Sales Consultant to join our team.

Key Duties:

- Keep up to date with all Half-Way Motors power sports vehicle line up and technology.
- Greet customers when they walk onto the lot and identify their vehicle requirements.
- Showcase products to customers.
- Work with the Sales Manager to close deals by agreeing on a final cost that is satisfactory to the customer while protecting dealer profits.
- Deliver vehicles to customers
- Maintain an owner follow-up and prospect development system to encourage repeat and referral business
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Broad understanding of power sports terminology and technology.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
