Job Description:
The Material Handler responsibilities include picking, packing, kitting, labeling, and inspecting products to support shipping and receiving operations while meeting customer requirements. Associates are responsible for accurately preparing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, completing quality inspections, and ensuring all products are packaged and labeled according to company and regulatory standards. This position requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Range: $17.95 - $17.95 per hour
Pay Scale: Not applicable

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and product quality.
-Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
-Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL shipments.
-Print and apply shipping, tracking, and product labels.
-Record product, packaging, and order information accurately.
-Inspect products, containers, and materials to ensure quality and packing specifications are met.
-Report missing items, damaged products, or quality issues to management.
-Participate in inventory counts and cycle count activities as needed.
-Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts or order pickers, when authorized.




-Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work area.
-Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
-Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Minimum of one year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
-Basic computer skills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Adaptability and willingness to support changing business needs.
