Job Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll support customers with product questions, sales, and purchases while helping keep the store organized and inviting. You’ll contribute to a smooth shopping experience in person and through e-commerce, working with colleagues to keep products easy to find and service consistent.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, communicate clearly in English, and provide attentive customer service; multilingual communication is a plus.
- Recommend products and support retail sales, using POS systems to process transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Assist with merchandising, organize displays, and maintain orderly product areas.
- Support gardening and horticulture product inquiries and, where relevant, landscape maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic POS and cashiering skills, accurate cash handling, and organizational skills are essential for assisting customers and completing purchases. Preferred: Retail sales experience, multilingual abilities,



merchandising knowledge, e-commerce familiarity, and interest or experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance are helpful. Your impact: Helpful product guidance and accurate transactions make shopping easier for customers and support dependable teamwork.

Pay: $33.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.0 per week
